What is your biggest challenge as a mom entrepreneur?

HI Mommies!
I would love some feedback on this question. What is one problem you are having in your business that you wish could be solved yesterday :-)

website? traffic? gettingt clients? creating multiple streams of income? time management?

Hello! I would say my largest problem at the moment is time management. I've started my own business while I'm still employed at a full time JOB. And I have a 7 month old at home. I find myself working after he goes to bed at night and on the weekends when he is sleeping or playing with his dad or older brother.

I would love more hours in the day as well as more days of the week. All this hard work will pay off once I'm working for myself full time.

If anyone has any tips, I'd love to hear them.
Happy Holidays!

OMGoodness! TIME MANAGEMENT is DEFINITELY my biggest challenge. It never gets easier. With each phase of my children's growth I think, "if only she would be able to do this," and then she gets there and I realize it's a whole new challenge and not really easier, just a whole new ball of wax!!!!! Now I've got two, ages 6 and 3 and my business has finally taken off with all of my hard work for the last two years...and I find myself telling my kids, "just one more minute," or "mommy's gotta finish and save..." or "...close this out then I can come do blah blah blah." I'm constantly feeling guilty for being a "workaholic" but yet, when I sit back and look at the big picture, my oldest is comparing me to SAHMs of kids in her kindergarten class and not necessarily working moms let alone WAHMs... Anyway, obviously this weighs heavily on my shoulders and am constantly working on my time management to carve out time for and focus on certain things for my children while still maintaining a healthy lifestyle (i.e. exercise, cooking vs. fast food and enough sleep).

Actually, I would like to have time for ME. I seem to be the last one on the totem pole. Like going to the gym - it inevitable falls to the bottom of the list.
